When isolation of instruments is critical.

Sometimes it is better to all be in the same room to feel connected and deliver your best. The down side is that if somebody makes a mistake, all mics will capture it. Fixing the issue by just replaying that one part is not an option. For maximum flexibility and clean instrument separation you need to isolate instruments in separate booths. Drums is the most obvious example as they are very loud. Softer instruments like acoustic guitars, woodwinds, and vocals are also best recorded isolated. Studios A+B opens up 4 booths for just this purpose. Everybody will hear each-other but the sound they produce will not affect the recording of other sound sources.

NOTE: Because set up is complex, it only makes sense to be working a minimum of 5 hours. We highly recommend booking a full day or multiple days, setting up only once, and leaving everything connected for however long you are booked. This will save greatly on set-up time so you can make the most of your studio experience.
